Prior to joining Australian Chemical Services, our senior consultants held management positions with large specialty chemical manufacturers in Australia. We have experience in the areas of ISO Quality Management and Chemical Product Compliance in the APAC region.

Roger White
Roger is an experienced Regulatory Compliance, Technical & Quality Manager with more than 25 years’ involvement in the specialty chemicals industry. He has a proven track record in many areas within the Laboratory/Technical environment including Product Regulatory Compliance, Production Chemistry, Technical Support and Quality Management. Previously employed as the APAC Chemical, Regulatory and Quality Compliance Leader for GE Water & Process Technologies. Roger is the Director of Australian Chemical Services Pty Ltd.
Regulatory experience: Australian Chemical Regulatory Affairs and Chemical management HSE specialist. Author SDS and Labels for specialty chemicals in Australia, and roll out of GHS across Asia.
Management experience: Managed Laboratories and acted as site Operations Manager for a large specialty chemical facility. Coached, mentored and led functional teams in SAP system roll-out, Lean process improvement and business re-organisation projects.
Production Chemistry experience: Extensive experience in process improvement/cost reduction within the chemical industry. Specialty chemicals development, management of change, trouble shooting, preventative action and continuous improvement specialist. Managed technical Master Data for several businesses.
Quality Management System experience: Quality & manufacturing audit leader in 4 Asian countries. ISO9001 Quality Management Representative for 10 years.
Bruce Mitchell
Bruce is an experienced Industrial Chemist with more than 23 years’ involvement in the specialty chemicals industry. He has operated at Senior Management level for multinational companies a proven track record in the chemicals manufacturing industry including management of production teams, quality assurance and quality control, as well as staff training.
Bruce has experienced in product development and technical support in automotive aftermarket products, industrial and domestic cleaning, veterinary and pharmaceutical products. He specialises in end-to- end management of product development, managing teams, product formulation and de-formulation, trouble shooting of production processes, staff training and product quality/compliance. Bruce also brings experience and understanding of the code of GMP and TGA/APVMA regulations to clients of Australian Chemical Services.
Skye Rowan
Skye is a qualified Industrial Chemist who holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chemistry) from Queensland University of Technology. She has more than 7 years’ involvement in the specialty chemicals industry and has also worked as an Organic Instrumental Analytical Chemist.
Skye’s role within Australian Chemical Services is multifunctional, however she is specialising is GHS classifications, SDS and Label authoring, Product Development, Quality Control support, Quality Management auditing and authoring of standard operating procedures.
